            Welcome to the Faculty of Humanities! This guide walks you through everything you need to

            1. Activate your CAS account

            The Central Authentication Service (CAS) account is your key to all university systems — S
            e-mail and Wi-Fi. You will receive your password when your student card is issued at a car
            centre [ URL "https://cuni.cz/UKEN-163.html"] , or you can set it online at ldap.cuni.cz [

            ldap.cuni.cz/"] .


            2. Create your JINONICE domain account
            This account logs you into faculty computers and the student printer. Sign in at ldap.cuni
            "https://ldap.cuni.cz/"] with your verified CAS password and set a JINONICE password under

            accounts".

            3. Set up your student e-mail

            Student mailboxes run on Microsoft 365 at office365.cuni.cz [ URL "https://office365.cuni.
            official university messages go there — check it regularly or set up forwarding.


            4. Connect to Eduroam Wi-Fi
            Set your Eduroam password in CAS at ldap.cuni.cz [ URL "https://ldap.cuni.cz/"] , then con
            username in the form yourpersonalnumber@cuni.cz. Eduroam works at universities worldwide.


            5. Log into SIS and Moodle
            Use SIS [ URL "https://is.cuni.cz/studium/"] for course and exam registration and Moodle [

            dl1.cuni.cz/"] for course materials. Both use your CAS login.
